KlinikFlow runs on the clinic’s own computer. Every desk, doctor, nurse, lab and pharmacy counter reaches it over the clinic’s network — so registration, billing and the queue keep going when the internet does not. Or run it online, as KlinikFlow Cloud.
The clinic’s own PC serves every screen on the clinic network. No cloud to wait for, no lost morning when the broadband fails.
Registration and tokens, consultation, pharmacy, lab, radiology, casualty, admission and the running bill — one record, one bill, one login.
GST bills and the GSTR-1 and 3B files, credit notes, Schedule H at the counter, PCPNDT Form F and its register, TDS on consultant payouts.
Plans go by the clinic, never by the login. Reception, doctors, nurses, lab and pharmacy each sign in with their own PIN and see only their own work.
The same KlinikFlow, the same screens. Choose where it runs.
Installed on the reception PC — Windows or Linux

Built screen by screen with working clinics, along the way a patient actually moves through one
Pay-first registration, live token queues, day books per doctor, follow-ups, and reminders on WhatsApp at no cost.
Templates and favourites, the patient’s history in one place, and instructions printed in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi or Malayalam.
Batches and expiry, barcode receiving, substitutes in one click, Schedule H recorded at the counter, returns with credit notes.
Sample barcodes, home collection, results from ASTM and HL7 analysers over the network or a serial cable, QC, pathologist sign-off.
X-ray and ultrasound worklists, images straight from the machines, reports on the letterhead, and PCPNDT Form F with its register.
Admission, the ward map, the chart with early-warning scores, the medicine chart, rounds, consents, the discharge summary and the running bill.
Split payments, UPI QR on every bill, shift reports per counter, refunds, and the accountant’s files: GSTR-1 and 3B.
The day’s registers as PDF, Excel or CSV, the owner’s dashboards, and visiting consultants paid by their own rules.
See every feature, including what is coming in version 3.0: the operation theatre, the labour room, insurance claims, PF and ESI, and Tally export.
A clinic grows into a polyclinic and a nursing home without changing its software
One to five doctors, a desk and often a pharmacy
Many visiting doctors, sessions through the week
Beds, casualty and a ward awake all night

ABDM — the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission — comes only with KlinikFlow Cloud, switched on once it is certified. It is not in the clinic edition you install.
Create, verify and link a patient’s ABHA at registration. Aadhaar is used for the one-time code and never stored.
The clinic’s QR at reception: the patient scans it in their health app and is registered with a token.
Visits, prescriptions and reports shared only when the patient agrees in their own app — and records from other hospitals fetched the same way.
A clinic on the installed edition moves its patients and records to KlinikFlow Cloud when it is ready.
Not the clinic edition. KlinikFlow runs on a computer at the clinic, and every other device uses it over the clinic’s own network. The internet is used only for what needs it: WhatsApp sending, updates, and — if the clinic agrees — a daily check-in telling us the copy is in use, with no patient data in it. KlinikFlow Cloud, the hosted edition, runs online.
On the clinic edition, on the clinic’s own computer, with automatic daily backups to a drive the clinic chooses. On KlinikFlow Cloud, on our servers in India, each clinic’s records kept apart. Either way, every time a patient’s record is opened or printed it is written in an access log the owner can read.
One ordinary Windows or Linux PC at reception. Doctors, nurses, the lab and the pharmacy use any browser on the clinic network — a laptop, a tablet or a phone. For KlinikFlow Cloud, only a browser.
No. Plans go by the size of the clinic — doctors, and whether there is a lab, a pharmacy or beds — and every member of staff is included. See the plans.
Yes. A new copy runs in full for 30 days, every part switched on. Nothing is lost when the trial ends: every record stays readable, printable and backed up.
Yes. One switch decides; an unregistered clinic sees no tax anywhere, while KlinikFlow watches its turnover against the registration threshold.
ABDM comes only with KlinikFlow Cloud, and is switched on once it is certified through the National Health Authority’s process. The clinic edition you install does not connect to ABDM.
